As you run through the park, you’ll see all of the colors of the rainbow, hear the cheers of fellow community members, and feel the energy and excitement of the event. Overview

Chef Kian will teach students to make a versatile hot-water dough from scratch and master various wrapping techniques. You’ll learn to create balanced fillings by combining various proteins and vegetables, as we make pork, fish, and vegetarian dumplings. Once assembled, our dumplings will be cooked using a variety of methods, including steaming, boiling and pan-frying for potstickers. We will also make cold sesame noodles, a perfect accompaniment to any dumpling feast.

At the end of the class, you and your class mates will enjoy a convivial meal of all we have cooked together, with a selection of non-alcohol beverages, ice cold beers, and curated wines. Not only will you be able to enjoy some great dumplings, you’ll bring home the knowledge to make them yourself!
